8. Is your (corrected) vision quite sharp at close and medium range? (Candidates will be administered some simple eye tests related to precision capability.)

9. Are you able to move heavy furniture (safely lift 80 lbs off the floor and carry it across the room)? If not, how many lbs can you safely lift & carry?

10. Are you physically and emotionally able to climb ladders and work at heights?

11. For how long have you used woodworking power tools? For how long have you been using the table saw? Not that you have experience with every possible tool, but do you, in general, have a safe working relationship with powered cutting tools?

12. Name two professional references, how they know you, and a method of contacting them. I prefer their email addresses.
